JMA Pediatrics is looking for a Front Office Specialists to join our team in our Wake Forest and Raleigh offices.
This positions is responsible for:
Greeting patients/family members and assuring accurate and up-to-date patient demographic and insurance verification.
Facilitating patient timely completion and documentation of periodic pre-visit screening and assessments.
Working with clinical team members to facilitate timely and accurate patient care, while maintaining a very high level of professionalism and patient satisfaction.
Support of patient calls and appointment scheduling.
Qualifications:

years previous front office experience in a medical office environment preferred; Previous experience in customer service, phone etiquette and data entry; Self-driven and professional; Excellent typing, written and verbal communication skills; Attention to detail and accuracy while multitasking.
